Founded by Mr. Ajay Saini in November 1990, Jyoti Apiaries embarked on a journey that has since revolutionized honey production in North India. While pursuing a degree in entomology as part of his BSc. in agriculture, Mr. Ajay Saini became acquainted with the vital role bees play in the environment, food production, and the overall food chain system. This newfound knowledge sparked the idea of beekeeping and honey harvesting. Committed to introducing scientific beekeeping techniques and sustainable honey extraction methods to local farmers, Jyoti Apiaries established strong roots.

The vision behind Jyoti Apiaries was clear from the start - to provide sustainable honey to the masses while uplifting the livelihoods of local farmers. Over the years, this mission has not only thrived but has also become a significant source of income for countless farmers. Through unwavering dedication and tireless effort, Jyoti Apiaries achieved recognition from the Uttar Pradesh Ministry of Agriculture in 1992 and received national acclaim from the Government of India in 1994.
CREAMY WHITE MUSTARD HONEY
Mustard Honey is harvested from the mustard fields of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, typically during the months of November through February. MULTI FLORAL HONEY
As the name suggests, Multi-Flower Honey is derived from a wide array of wild forest blooms found throughout India's diverse regions, and harvested between the months of Feb to May.
