Founded by Mr. Ajay Saini in November 1990, Jyoti Apiaries embarked on a journey that has since revolutionized honey production in North India. While pursuing a degree in entomology as part of his BSc. in agriculture, Mr. Ajay Saini became acquainted with the vital role bees play in the environment, food production, and the overall food chain system. This newfound knowledge sparked the idea of beekeeping and honey harvesting. Committed to introducing scientific beekeeping techniques and sustainable honey extraction methods to local farmers, Jyoti Apiaries established strong roots.

The vision behind Jyoti Apiaries was clear from the start - to provide sustainable honey to the masses while uplifting the livelihoods of local farmers. Over the years, this mission has not only thrived but has also become a significant source of income for countless farmers. Through unwavering dedication and tireless effort, Jyoti Apiaries achieved recognition from the Uttar Pradesh Ministry of Agriculture in 1992 and received national acclaim from the Government of India in 1994.

CREAMY WHITE MUSTARD HONEY
Mustard Honey is harvested from the mustard fields of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, typically during the months of November through February. Its distinct white color reflects its high fructose content, which contributes to natural crystallization, yielding a sumptuously thick and velvety consistency. This unique honey variety captivates the senses with its delightful flavor profile and versatility in culinary applications. Its regional authenticity and exquisite taste make it a prized addition to any gourmet pantry.

LYCHEE HONEY
Lychee honey is meticulously harvested in the months of March and April from the verdant orchards of Northern India, coinciding with the full bloom of lychee flowers. EUCALYPTUS HONEY
Eucalyptus honey is sourced from the blossoms of eucalyptus trees in the northern regions of India. This honey is carefully collected during the period from Feb and March. It is renowned for its thick and substantial texture, accompanied by a robust and distinctive flavor profile. Displaying a captivating medium to dark amber color, Eucalyptus honey is a testament to the rich biodiversity of India's northern states. MULTI FLORAL HONEY
As the name suggests, Multi-Flower Honey is derived from a wide array of wild forest blooms found throughout India's diverse regions, and harvested between the months of Feb to May. This honey, with a consistency that falls between medium and thick, presents a captivating range of colors, spanning from delicate shades of amber to rich, deep hues. These hues are a testament to the multitude of blossoms it encapsulates, reflecting the rich tapestry of India's floral biodiversity.
